Easter Weekend

It was a holiday weekend so Mom had to get out the camera.We colored eggs at Grandpa and Grandma's house with the cousins.It turned blue!My cousins put a sign on my back that read, "Kiss me. I'm adorable."We got dressed up for Easter. I absolutely refused to wear the outfit Mom set out for me so this was our compromise outfit.Dad and Mom took us to play at Loomis Park yesterday. The new structure is awesome!We went on a walk along the river after we played for a while.This was my reaction to the "waterfall."The Easter bunny gave me some cupcakes to paint so I did that with my parents last night.I helped at Charlotte's appointment this morning and held her hand in the car. She's so cute, cute, cute!

Busytown

I haven't looked back since I got my ice cream treat for learning to use the potty. Life is grand!In the last month or so I've gotten really good at dressing myself. Most of the time Mom just needs to lay out an outfit and I put it on after breakfast. Sometimes I pick out my own clothes and sometimes I dilly dally, but I'm pretty awesome for the most part. I just need help with socks (getting them straight) and zippers and buttons.All dressed!Mom told me to make cute faces for the camera. This is what ensued.She let me do a self portrait. Move over, Annie Leibovitz.
My parents went to Iowa City last weekend and came back with some fun stuff. My favorite thing is Busytown. It's a game with a really huge board and we feed the pigs and look for stuff and get on the boat and go on a picnic. Get it? We play whenever Charlotte is contained or asleep.

Potty Time

I only use the potty now! I was really scared to do a big job in the potty, but I did it yesterday and I've done it four times in the last 22 hours. It's so much fun! Daddy brought me to Dairy Queen and I got a whole ice cream cone - in the car!!! It was awesome. Now I want to go to school tomorrow.

I'm loving the warmer weather. We've been playing outside every chance we get.My new balance bike arrived the other day. I'm starting to get the hang of it. I'll be flying soon enough! Dad took us for a ride in the bike trailer and we enjoyed it, but he says we're heavy. I bet he'll be happy when I can go for rides with him instead of behind him!Dad tried out my bike.Mom made Dad a pot for April Fool's Day. Isn't it gorgeous? I want to make one with her sometime.It's now been four years since I was conceived with the help of IVF. They thank God and modern medicine for my sweet neck every day.
